Dorchester is a village in Clark and Marathon counties in the state of Wisconsin, along the 45th parallel. It is part of the Wausau metropolitan area. The population was 849 at the 2020 census, with 846 residents in Clark County, and only 3 in Marathon County.

As of the 2020 Census, there were 849 people, 353 households, and 211 families residing in the Village. The population density was approximately 611 inhabitants per square mile.
There were 378 housing units at an average density of about 272 per square mile. The racial makeup of the Village was 80.1% white, 18.8% Hispanic or Latino, 0.1% African American, 0.6% Native American, 11.4% from other races, and 7.8% from two or more races.
